Slots allow you to secure pipe to the Versablock and E-Block with strut clamps, without cutting and installing strut.
Make a Versablock Bridge with strut for multiple pipe runs. Piping can be secured with strut clamps or Versa-Saddles which allow for thermal expansion of piping.
Single or double pipe runs may be secured with the Versa-Saddle. The retainer snaps into the saddle without tools, and secures the piping, while allowing for thermal expansion. The saddle screws to a Versablock with ordinary sheetrock screws.
The Versablocks nest tightly together for shipping and handling. By rotating one Versablock 90 degrees to the bottom one, a  inch height increase is achieved to compensate for roof crickets. This allows your piping to remain level and creates grade for condensate piping.
These fire resistant Versablocks are made from Polylac Pa-765. The material is self extinguishing, it will char instead of dripping and smoke output is very limited as the self extinguishing characteristics stop the flame.

Strut Clamps Without Strut!

Don't waste time and money on strut when you don't need it.The unique slots in the E-Block are designed to accept strut clamps without the use of strut.
Strong, lightweight and stable, the E-Block is the ultimate conduit standoff.

Strut slots accommodate up to one 3" I.P. S. or two smaller pipes, as shown. For multiple pipe runs, a single E-Block may be used with a length of strut.

The Versa-Saddle is compatible with both  the Versablock and the E-Block.

The WRAP-CAP

A test cap and concrete sleeve All-In-One!

If you're tired of losing expensive mechanical test caps and wasting valuable time searching for sleeve material for concrete slab risers, here's your solution. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

Apply the appropriate glue to your PVC or ABS pipe riser. It's not necessary to apply glue to the inside of the cap. Place the Wrap-Cap over the riser, and twist. Leave the sleeve attached to the cap until after final grade for concrete pour is complete.
After final grade, simply twist the sleeve from the cap and let it drop to grade. No cutting foam or cardboard, no tape. You're done.
The sleeved riser after the pour.
The Wrap-Cap is made of styrene. It is compatible with either ABS or PVC pipe glue.
